The front desk staff were helpful and kind. I arrived very early in the morning and they allowed me to check in at 6am. I was able to go into an available room and get some sleep before my business meetings.
The beds in the executive family room were smaller than expected. They were only full size beds. We had issues with housekeeping as well, they left garbage on the floor. I had to call a second time to complain about the lack of toilet paper.

The Knights bar had great food and drinks and the staff were very friendly.
I found the room pretty average. I kept finding hair in the bathroom (not mine). The room faced a loading bay, so there was a lot of noise at night. I was disappointed.

I found the staff helpful . The reception desk provided quick check-in. The hotel's architecture offered beautiful photo opportunities. I appreciate the seamless experience overall. Everything felt well-managed.
The elevator near my room made a slight humming noise I noticed at night.

The Knights Bar provided a relaxed atmosphere. Its menu featured several local dishes. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of hot and cold items. The coffee machine worked quickly, preventing delays. Service was attentive, with staff readily available.

My room featured two comfortable twin beds. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. I found that the shower had good water pressure. The room had blackout curtains. These ensured a dark environment for sleeping.

The hotel provides ample parking. There were several spaces available. Taxis arrived quickly after being requested. THEY got there in approximately 5 minutes. Public transportation stops near the entrance. This made it easy to explore surrounding areas.
